Ingredients
500 gm chicken, washed and cut into medium sized pieces
2 tbsp of chilli powder
4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric pwd
1 cut lime
3-4 green chillis, slit
Salt to taste
Enough Oil for deep frying
10 curry leaves

Procedure:
Wash the chicken pieces cut into medium size and let the water completely ooze out.Using a knife make few slits on all sides.
In a bowl,take the chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,squeeze half lime,1 tbsp of oil,turmeric powder and mix really well into smooth paste.Dont add water.
Rub the chicken pieces in this paste on all sides and marinate the chicken for an hour atleast in the refrigerator.( I marinated for nearly 2 hrs.)
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken in medium-low heat till brown on all sides. Add little oil, just enough to fry 3 pieces at a time. This way you don't waste oil. Drain on kitchen towel.
In the same oil, deep fry curry leaves and slit green chillies. You can remove seeds from the chilies to reduce heat.
Garnish the fried chicken with fried curry leaves and chillies.
